Best method to Lock any file

1. Compress the file you want 2 Lock 
2. Goto View->Folder option->Tick the File Name Extension
3. Now you can see d file Extension
4. Rename d Compressed file & change its Extension..
5. Ex:If d compressed file iz abc.zip
6. change it extension to abc.msi or Anything
